Forest Grove Road Causeway
Bring a little Waltham home.
Corkwood Coaster Set · Four pieces · 3.75 × 3.75 inches
A visit from friends can begin with setting down cups and glasses, leaving a moment to notice the pictures beneath them. Forest Grove Road's causeway brings Waltham's river landscape into view, with the wider Upper Charles reservation behind this particular local setting.
Forest Grove Road lies within the Upper Charles River Reservation landscape in Waltham. State records describe riverbank restoration and greenway work during the 1990s. This view belongs to that broader story of making room for public paths and native planting along a river once closely associated with industry.
The reservation's documented restoration and greenway work connect the view with public use of the riverbank, without assigning an unverified date to the causeway. Keep them ready for tea, or give the set for the next gathering around someone's table.
