Douglas Axe Company / Lovett Mill 4 in Magnet

A familiar view for the fridge door: Axe Company / Lovett Mill in Douglas, like a postcard from home.

The Lovett Mill dates to 1827 and later became associated with Douglas axe manufacturing. Its Mumford River setting recalls a village shaped by water power and industrial craft.

Maybe Douglas is where you grew up, where your family settled, or a place you still return to. A familiar place, a little closer to home.
