Lyon’s Bridge
Bring a little Needham and Dedham home.
Die-Cut Sticker · White · 4 × 4 inches
A sticker can put a local detail on the notebook you already take along. Lyon's Bridge gives the Charles a route between Greendale Avenue and Lyons Street, bringing a specific Dedham and Needham crossing into daily view.
Needham's historic-resources inventory dates Lyon's Bridge to 1877. The crossing connects Greendale Avenue and Lyons Street across the Charles between Dedham and Needham. Its local importance lies in that everyday link between two river communities, a useful route made possible by engineering at the water's edge.
The bridge's local role is the link between two communities, keeping the Greendale Avenue and Lyons Street route attached to this particular stretch of river. Give an everyday notebook this small local subject, with room for the picture even when a wall or shelf is already full.
