Hopedale Bancroft Memorial Library Journal

A familiar view of Bancroft Memorial Library in Hopedale, to carry with you.

Built in 1898–99, the Bancroft Memorial Library was Joseph Bancroft's gift in memory of Sylvia Bancroft. Architect C. Howard Walker designed the Romanesque building.

Maybe Hopedale is where you grew up, where your family gathered, or a place you still carry with you. A familiar place, a little closer to home.
