Lake Boon Landing
Bring a little Stow and Hudson home.
Metal Art Sign · 7 × 5 inches
The space beside a shelf can hold a view as well as the things you use. Piers and a roofed launch make Lake Boon Landing a particular lakeside scene, with the landing giving the water view its focus.
The Lake Boon Landing postcard shows piers and a roofed launch. Its matching reverse was mailed in 1915, establishing an earlier date than the archive's 1920 catalog label. The scene preserves lakeside recreation in the Stow and Hudson area, with the landing itself anchoring the view.
The landing connects recreation with the shared Stow and Hudson lake community, leaving the exact historical parcel unstated while keeping the lake's local identity. Hang it where there is room for a local view, with the story there to share when someone asks about the subject.
