Main Street looking north
Bring a little Boscawen home.
Slate Desk Plaque · 11 × 7 inches
A book, a pen and a page of work are ready on the desk, with the small plaque set nearby where there is time to notice its picture. Homes line Boscawen's Main Street looking north, giving the town's residential road a view to return to among its larger civic subjects.
A circa-1905 postcard records Boscawen's Main Street looking north, with homes along the road. The street itself is the subject, rather than an unverified identification of each house. The image preserves a village setting, giving the town's residential landscape a place beside its civic landmarks.
The street keeps ordinary homes within Boscawen's historical record. Keep the plaque on the desk where its picture can be noticed between a page of work and the next task.
