Powder Mill Office
Bring a little Acton home.
Metal Art Sign · 7 × 5 inches
The space beside a shelf can hold a view as well as the things you use. The Powder Mills office gives Acton's industrial story a small building to focus on, rather than a whole factory panorama.
The American Powder Mills office stood near today's 145 Powder Mill Road in Acton. A circa-1905 postcard preserves the building within the area's industrial story. Although the card carries a Maynard greeting, the source places the office in Acton, a useful detail in a shared local landscape.
The Maynard greeting and Acton location connect neighboring communities through one office, a detail worth sharing with someone interested in Powder Mill Road. Hang it where there is room for a local view, with the story there to share when someone asks about the subject.
