The Old Bridge
Bring a little Concord home.
Metal Art Sign · 7 × 5 inches
At the end of a few errands, setting down your keys leaves a moment to notice the view near the door. Concord's North Bridge and its reflection put the crossing and water together, giving a familiar landmark a river setting to notice.
An early Detroit Publishing postcard shows Concord's historic North Bridge and its reflections on the Concord River. The location is downstream of the Assabet and Sudbury confluence. The river setting matters to the identity of this familiar bridge, preserved here through a period published view.
The Concord River location is part of the bridge's identity, making this a connection to a particular crossing and the waterways around it. Keep it near the desk or entryway, or give it to someone with an interest in the place behind the picture.
