Uxbridge Blanchard School 252-Piece Jigsaw Puzzle
Puzzle · 252 pcs (Horizontal)
A familiar view of Blanchard School in Uxbridge, ready to piece together at the kitchen table.
The Blanchard School connects Uxbridge's educational history with the later reuse of a familiar local building. Its apartment operator identifies the original building as the North Uxbridge School and explains that it was later named for teacher and principal Virginia Blanchard. The former school was adapted for affordable housing, carrying a place of learning into another chapter of community life.
Maybe Uxbridge is where you grew up, where your family gathered, or a place you still carry with you. A familiar place, a little closer to home.
