The Crown and Eagle Mills connect Uxbridge's river landscape with its textile history. Michigan Technological University's Industrial Archaeology Image Archive identifies the complex with Robert Rogerson and describes granite mill buildings joined by a later brick structure. The archive records a 1975 fire and the subsequent rebuilding and adaptation for senior housing. That history brings together industrial development, loss and reuse in the Blackstone Valley.
