Wood Building
Bring a little Hudson home.
Ceramic Mug · White · 11 oz
The kettle is on, with a little time before the next task. Hudson's Wood Building gives a named street facade a place in the picture, a local architectural detail to notice during an ordinary pause.
Daderot's December 2018 photograph records Hudson's Wood Building facade. The recognizable frontage gives this architectural view its local identity. It adds a named building to the record of Hudson's streets, with the photograph preserving its appearance at that particular time in the town's changing landscape.
The frontage ties this picture to Hudson's streets, keeping one named facade within the town's architectural record rather than attaching an unverified account of its earlier uses. Give it a place near the tea or coffee, so the local view is ready for the cups that come around each day.
