Wood Building
Bring a little Hudson home.
Metal Art Sign · 7 × 5 inches
Give a wall near the desk a picture to return to during the day. Hudson's Wood Building gives a named street facade a place in the picture, a local architectural detail to notice during an ordinary pause.
Daderot's December 2018 photograph records Hudson's Wood Building facade. The recognizable frontage gives this architectural view its local identity. It adds a named building to the record of Hudson's streets, with the photograph preserving its appearance at that particular time in the town's changing landscape.
The frontage ties this picture to Hudson's streets, keeping one named facade within the town's architectural record rather than attaching an unverified account of its earlier uses. Keep it near the desk or entryway, or give it to someone with an interest in the place behind the picture.
